If you are not satisfied with your ring size, please contact DiamondRings.com (see “Contact Us” at the top of this page), we will authorize the exchange and begin the process for making sure you receive the size you desire. Fees vary depending upon the type of diamond ring you have purchased – typically between $17.50 and $50.00 which includes restocking fees and costs associated with shipping the ring back to you (plus international shipping if applicable).
Most of our selections are available in full and half sizes. Precious metal rings are typically available in ¼ sizes as well.
If you are not happy with your diamond ring (contemporary metal or precious metal) return it within 30 days for a refund less 10% restocking fee plus any expedited shipping charges. Most diamond rings are handcrafted to order and are very costly to return to the factory and in many cses cannot be resold as new and therefore must be scrapped for the value of the diamond(s) and precious metal if applicable.
Warranty Policy:
At DiamondRings.com, we purchase only diamond rings that are designed, crafted and made from the finest materials to ensure a lifetime of enjoyment! If you take care of your ring, clean it and treat it with respect and do not abuse it, it should be the only wedding band you need to purchase. Over time, all rings will show wear, including small scratches – this is to be expected.
However, should your diamond ring become defective due to the manufacturing process we will repair or replace your ring for $35.00 during the first 12 months and loss of stones is covered during this initial 12 month period. After 12 months the fee for warranty repair/replacement is $70.00 and does not cover loss of stones.
We recommend that you secure an insurance policy for precious metal rings with genuine diamonds – most insurance policies will cover the loss of stones.
Items altered or abused are not covered under the warranty or return/exchange policy.
Shipping.
Under normal circumstances, we will process yoru order in 1 business day. We offer 4 options for shipping within the United States and international:
1. First Class Mail - Free (U.S. and Canada Only). United States First Class Postal Service. From the day you order your ring, you should receive it within 7-10 days in the U.S. and 15-23 days Canada. Please allow an extra 7-10 days for our gold/diamond/engagement rings.
2. Expedited Priority Mail - $20.00 (U.S. Only). In most cases you will receive your priority shipment within 4-5 days in the U.S. only (except in the case of precious metal rings with diamonds - in most cases these take an extra 10 days).
3. FedEx - $30.00 (U.S. Only). In most cases you will receive your shipment within 2 days - U.S. only. Please allow and extra 10 days for gold/diamond rings including all engagement rings.
4. Registered Mail - $25.00 (International Only). In most cases you will receive your shipment within 7-14 days International, including Canada. Please allow an extra 7-10 days for gold/diamond rings including all engagement rings. Quick, Insured, and Safe - under lock & key!
General Shipping Information.
All rings are shipped "Signature Required".
Our goal is to have ALL rings in stock at ALL times thus ensuring a timely shipment of your ring – if for some reason we are out of stock on your ring – we will contact you immediately.Gold rings with diamonds take an extra 10 days to manufacture.
Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the international buyer. We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping due to international customs.
